Our wines are mostly made from native grape varieties (Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Mammolo, Malvasia Nera, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Lunga del Chianti) and small percentages of other grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay).

In the ancient 'a chioppi' vineyard, planted more than 70 years ago, we are also selecting and multiplying some varieties and clones of grapes that are now almost extinct. Some of our wines are named after these grape varieties.
