Spinosa's extra-virgin olive oil is an organic oil obtained from the fruit of olive trees cultivated on land whose fertility is maintained with green manure and organic fertilisation, while pests and diseases are controlled with minimal treatments based on copper, kaolin and natural pyrethrum.
As with the wines, we at La Spinosa bring all our experience to bear to guarantee the highest quality of our oil, one of the basic ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine and of Tuscan cuisine in particular.
