Produced from a careful selection of Canaiolo grapes undergoing a 6-7 day maceration at a controlled temperature. A fresh and easy drinking wine.
TASTING NOTES
Young and fresh red, with good acidity. Light purple-red in colour, it has floral and fresh fruit notes, with a hint of almond and slight balsamic notes. The extremely soft tannins make it a very easy-drinking wine.
FOOD PAIRINGS
A red wine to go with white meats and mushroom dishes. Incredible with fish soups, such as cacciucco alla livornese. Also excellent as aperitif. Serve at 12-14° C.
