This wine is the result of a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes undergoing a maceration period of 6-7 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, with the use of indigenous yeast foot and without the addition of sulphites.
TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby red colour, it presents hints of strawberry jam and rose petals. Fresh and with good acidity, the soft tannins make it an easy-drinking wine. It tends to exalt all the distinctive features of the year in which it is produced and has different characteristics and peculiarities between the various vintages.
FOOD PAIRINGS
An ideal match for appetisers and snacks, perfect with pizza and stuffed sandwiches. Also excellent with pasta and risotto. Serve at 14-16°C.
